The purpose of the project is to establish or upgrade e-commerce.

At Fullsix d.o.o. Within the project, we will implement five different measures to strengthen our operations and promotion in foreign markets and to facilitate communication with our customers. These measures are:     
electronic exchange between partners     
digitization of appearances at fairs     
websites for foreign markets     
online stores     
product sales video     
competence building and training.

The aim of the project is to improve the possibilities of entry into global value chains and new markets, increase the international competitiveness of our business, improve and accelerate interaction with business partners abroad, send and collect information more efficiently, and improve relationships throughout the supply chain.

Expected results are increasing international competitiveness.

FULLSIX d.o.o. will receive professional assistance in Phase A of the TKT Academy. This phase will involve a 5-month process of strategic sustainable and circular transformation, with the guidance of an external expert who will help prepare a long-term sustainable and circular business strategy, sustainable, circular, and low-carbon business models, and an implementation project that prioritizes the establishment of circular business principles. The proposal will significantly contribute to the implementation of sustainable, circular, and low-carbon business strategies, which can be applied in Phase B.

The operation was selected for co-financing in the public tender "Support for startups, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in strategic sustainable and circular transformation of business in the years 2022-2025" (JR STKTP NOO 2022-2025).
